🇺🇸 From May 17 to 19, the fourth edition of a Concorso that invented the “boutique” formula took place, confirming the anticipated success: a limited number of carefully selected cars, a unique venue, the unrivalled cuisine of Massimo Bottura, an exclusive setting with access by invitation only, and some moments open to the wider public of enthusiasts. Over three days, the 30 cars present graced the historic park of Casa Maria Luigia, where participants experienced the extraordinary hospitality of Massimo and Lara Bottura, while Cavallino judges, many of whom came from the United States, scrutinized the vehicles to determine the winners. Ing. Piero Ferrari, son of the founder, attended with his daughter Antonella and grandchildren Enzo and Piero, adding a special value to the event, greatly appreciated by the collectors and organizers, who were deeply honored by his presence. Notable guests included Sebastian Vettel, Jean Arnault and Zita D’Hauteville, Kristian and Carolyn Teär, Alessandro and Karina Valenti, Augustin Sabatié-Garat, Duccio Lopresto, Alberto Galassi, Filippo Magnini and Giorgia Palmas, Giovanni Tronchetti Provera, as well as the head of Ferrari Classiche Andrea Modena. For the 2024 edition, the Best of Show Gran Turismo was awarded to the 1971 365 GTB4 with chassis #14405; the Best of Show Competizione went to the 1954 Ferrari 250 Monza with chassis #0466, while the Best of Show Ferrari Classiche Certified was awarded to the 1997 Ferrari F50 with chassis #107125. During the event there was no shortage of experiences on the road: on Saturday, May 18, the parade in Modena made a stop at the birthplace of Enzo Ferrari, now part of the large MEF Museum. On Sunday, May 19, the Ferraris followed the test drivers’ routes to Maranello, then continued to Casa Canossa, where Cavallino Modena 2024 concluded with a “starred” lunch by the pool.
